Bobby Cintolo

Shortly after graduating from Fairfield University in 2007 with a Marketing degree and a minor in Communications I began working for Nexternal Solutions as an Account Executive.  As an eCommerce Account Executive at Nexternal I am responsible for:

-New Business Development - generating and working with cold & warm B2B leads throughout the entire evaluation/sales process. This Inside Sales process involved uncovering problems with their present systems and operations, demonstrating Solutions & Processes, and negotiating Pricing.

-Problem Solving - providing solutions for: generating business + product + brand recognition, increasing website traffic, reducing shopping cart abandonment, and improving operational efficiencies.

-Account Management - I work as the dedicated Client Account Manager for more than 25 Nexternal clients providing support and customer service. Working with SMB's & Corporations in wide range of industries provides me with the knowledge, experience, and insights to communicate effectively with clients of varying levels of technical expertise.  

-Project Management - I Train + Lead + Assist new clients and technical teams with: Product + Customer + Account data migration, Utilizing + and Integrating 3rd party systems such as CMS, Salesforce CRM, ShipCompliant, Social Networks, various POS & Accounting systems,  Affiliate networks, and XML Integration companies. 

-Digital Marketing Management - educating and assisting new + existing clients on optimizing and managing SEO, providing ECommerce Tips (see some here: +ECommerce Advice), writing blog posts, Social Media Channels (visit Social Cintolo to see the topics I share), PPC Campaigns, Analytics & Reporting, Direct/Inbound Marketing, Coupons, Affiliate Networks, Social Coupons & Promotions, and Email Campaigns.

-Mobile Marketing/Commerce Management - educate and assist new + existing clients on how to setup, manage, optimize, and utilize mobile marketing channels to enable a mobile shopping experience and convenience for their customers. The incredible adoption and increase of Mobile Commerce inspired me to create Mobile Cintolo, an informational website, blog, and source for information and insights on Mobile Marketing and Mobile Commerce. 

At Nexternal I am fortunate enough to work with many clients in the 
Wine Industry. Wine is one of my passions. I find the process of making, managing, and marketing wine, fascinating. I enjoy attending wine tastings, helping clients launch, market , and grow wine brands/ businesses, along with socializing with my fellow wine enthusiasts. This passion and interest motivated me to start "Millennial Wine Enthusiasts" - a community that connects millennial wine enthusiasts with information, tastings, events, and wine advice that helps millennial wine drinkers connect with their peers. @MillennialWineE allows me to connect with my peers, gain an interesting perspective and insight into the fastest growing consumer wine segment: the Millennial Wine consumer.
